23 Quart Pressure Canner Cooker

Description

Presto 23 quart pressure canner with a weighted gauge (meaning it will automatically maintain a pressure of 5, 10 or 15 lbs without having to babysit the heat) has a large jar capacity. Can do two layers of pints or smaller or fit 7 quart jars. Pressure canning is not hard and allows you to preserve low acid foods such as meat, veggies, and beans safely. I'll be happy to answer any questions. I often can chicken and ground beef as a time saver (and space saver in my freezer).
