Ballgown Prom Dress with Hoop

Description

Dress is 2 years old and is in great condition. It's blue and fits anything from a size 0 to a size 3 with a modesty panel lace up back, I wore it to my senior prom, and again the next year after I put on weight and it still fit without any trouble. It is blue with silver/white bead detailing on the bodice and a large skirt, can be worn with petticoat but comes with hoopskirt. Can be worn for anyone between 5'0" with heels and 5'6" without heels.
